Please Note: All of our digital 4 color process printing methods (dye-sublimation, heat transfer and direct) utilize specialized computer printers to transfer your image onto our products. This print method uses CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) ink colors and not pre-mixed PMS inks (which are used in silkscreen and pad printing). Therefore, exact PMS color matching is not possible and we cannot issue credits, refunds or accept returns for an issue relating to a requested PMS color match. We can only do our best to match your colors as closely as possible.

Less Than Minimum Charge: $60.00(G) plus first column price. Only select items within the catalog are available at less than minimum quantities. Absolute minimum is 50% of the first column quantity.

Some slight grain/noise, gradation, banding, stripes or streak lines may appear in the imprint which is unavoidable and is not considered a defect. The colors shown on this E-Proof may not be accurately represented on your computer monitor. PMS matching is not possible and not available for full color imprints. Color variation cannot be considered a defect due to ink, lighting, and material variations. Product and imprint color appearance can vary slightly from product to product and order to order. Exact centering or logo alignment cannot be guaranteed.
Industry standard viewing criteria maintains arm’s length viewing (22 – 24 inches) for evaluating details, color, and legibility. Returns or credits will not be accepted for variations, imperfections or details only visible under magnification or from closer than arm's length. Factory reserves the right to alter the imprint and imprint method to achieve the best possible result.
ART FORMAT COMPATIBILITY: Vector art in EPS, AI or PDF formate is required for all spot color and laser engraved imprints. High res (300DPI) pixel image formats such as JPG, PNG or TIF are acceptable for full color imprints. All type should be converted
